Vaginal Birth After Cesarean (VBAC)

Description This course provides an overview of the current guidelines for vaginal birth after cesarean delivery (VBAC) , including The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) criteria for trial of labor after previous cesarean birth (TOLAC) candidates; contraindications to VBAC; patient counseling regarding TOLAC and VBAC, including informed consent issues; and nursing actions and interventions related to TOLAC and VBAC.
